the formating and all you have to click the file button that we can see in top left corner or you can simply press shortcut key that is "CTRL + P" so you will enter in the Print Menu.

So in the second step as you can see the drop down menu under Printer. You just have to select "Microsoft Print to PDF" and press the Print button and boom.

After this popup window will appear and you just simply write the name of your document and select the location where you want to save your file in your pc after this just simply press the save button and you done. So, this is how to save word document as a pdf.
